WILLIAM J. FRANK NAMED NEW DEPUTY SECRETARY

On Monday, April 13, 2015, Governor Larry Hogan and Carol A. Beatty, Secretary of the Maryland Department of Disabilities (MDOD) announced that William J. Frank, former member of the Maryland House of Delegates and co-sponsor of the 2004 legislation that created the Department of Disabilities as a cabinet-level department, has been named Deputy Secretary of the Department of Disabilities.
