**OUTAGE NOTICE**

The State of Maryland experienced an outage this Tuesday with voicemail and automated attendants In the Baltimore Area including the Maryland Department of Disabilities. The Department of Information Technology expects to have the system operational by Monday, October 20, 2014.

In the interim, the State is working with agencies to modify call routing to minimize the impact of the outage. If you have difficulty reaching us by phone, please feel free to contact us through our email or Facebook page.

This outage does not affect the Maryland Technology Assistance Program.
