I'M BETWEEN 18 - 64 YEARS OF AGE:

  • The Attendant Care Program (ACP) is a consumer directed program which offers financial reimbursement for attendant care services received in the community for adults 18 to 64 years.  Click here for more information on the Attendant Care Program

  • In-Home Aide Services (IHAS) provides chore, personal care, transportation/escort, training in self-care, and care-giving skills services for persons with disabilities 18 or older.  Guidance and support to parents, caretakers, and to aged and vulnerable adults are also available.  Contact the In-Home Aide Services program at 1-800-332-6347, TTY 1-800-925-4434 or click here for more information on the In-Home Aide Services program.

  • Living at Home Waiver Program is a statewide program for people with physical disabilities, who are between the ages of 18 to 59, and need assistance with daily living.  For more information, call 410-767-7479 or click here for more information on the Living at Home Waiver.

  • Project Home provides a room and board, personal assistance with daily activities, recreational and social activities, medication monitoring, transportation to medical appointments, and supervision.  For more information, contact the Project Home program at 1-800-332-6347, TTY 1-800-925-4434 or click here for more information on the Project Home program.

  • The Waiver for Older Adults provides services for older adults, age 50 or older, to live in their own homes or an assisted living facility.  If you want more information on the Medicaid Waiver for Older Adults, please call the Maryland Department on Aging at 410-767-1118 or locate your Area Agency on Aging at 1-800-AGE-DIAL or click here for more information on the Waiver for Older Adults.

  • The Waiver for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities provides services and supports in the community for individuals with developmental disabilities regardless of age.  Click on the following link to locate the contact information for your Developmental Disabilities Regional Office.
