ANNAPOLIS, MD (May 13, 2008) – Governor Martin O’Malley today signed into law two bills that will have a significant impact on Maryland students with disabilities – the first provides students with disabilities the opportunity to participate in fitness and athletic activities, and the second protects students against bullying and intimidation.
