Making Choices for Independent Living (MCIL): MCIL provides a Homeownership Workshop for individuals with disabilities that is held approximately once a month for the Baltimore region. The workshop is designed to give information related to different low interest mortgage payments which can be obtained through Baltimore City's Homeownership Program.
