Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD):  DHCD provides a list of counseling agencies for the Maryland Mortgage Program and Homeownership Program for Individuals with Disabilities.  Click here to view the list of Maryland Counseling Agencies. 

Making Choices for Independent Living (MCIL):  MCIL provides a Homeownership Workshop for individuals with disabilities that is held approximately once a month for the Baltimore region. The workshop is designed to give information related to different low interest mortgage payments which can be obtained through Baltimore City's Homeownership Program.
